Campsite near St Claude

This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Haut-Jura. At the bottom of this combe, the torrent makes two jumps into the void. These jumps, each about 30 metres long, are spectacular in wet weather. You can easily pass under the waterfall on the right bank. This short walk takes you to one of the most beautiful spots in the Jura, the Gorges de l’Abime. At the foot of the Cirque de Vaucluse, this fully developed discovery trail winds through the narrow gorges carved out by the tumultuous Abime torrent.
