Campsite near Baumes les Messieurs

Right in the heart of a site classified as one of France’s Most Beautiful Villages and Natura 2000, a jewel of a retreat 120m below ground, the caves of Baume-les-Messieurs open onto a 70 m long corridor, a veritable church nave. The 600 m of tunnels feature rooms ranging from 20 to 80 m in height, an underground river and lake, bats and blind shrimps, and light and sound effects.
