Imagine your children whizzing down the slides, laughing with joy, while you relax by a heated pool under the Jura sun. A campground with a water park in the Jura offers much more than a typical pool. You’ll find water slides, water play areas, wading pools, and whirlpools. Our campsites in the Jura—Le Moulin, the Domaine de l’Épinette, and Les Pêcheurs—have each designed spaces tailored for all ages, combining fun, relaxation, and nature.

Frequently Asked Questions About Jura Vacances Water Parks

Which Jura Vacances campgrounds have water slides?

Two Juravacances campgrounds have water slides: Camping Le Moulin, with 4 slides—including a large tubular slide that’s 7 meters high and over 50 meters long—and Domaine de l’Épinette, with 3 water slides. Camping Les Pêcheurs, on the other hand, offers a heated pool area without slides.

Are water parks open in September?

Yes. Camping Le Moulin and Camping Les Pêcheurs are open until September 13, 2026. The Domaine de l’Épinette, on the other hand, closes on September 6, 2026. The heated pools remain open until each campground closes.

Are the pools at Jura Vacances campgrounds heated?

Yes, all three Jura Vacances campgrounds offer heated pools. Camping Le Moulin has an indoor pool heated to 28° that opens on April 30. Domaine de l’Épinette and Camping Les Pêcheurs also offer heated pools, open starting May 13. This ensures a comfortable swimming experience even when the weather is cooler in the Jura.

Are water parks suitable for babies and young children?

Yes. All three Jura Vacances campgrounds have a wading pool specifically designed for young children. Young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool areas are not supervised by a lifeguard.

At what age can children start using water slides?

At Camping Le Moulin, the three small slides are open to everyone. The large tube slide is reserved for children who are at least 1m10 tall and 10 years old or older. At Domaine de l’Épinette, the three slides are open to all children, provided they follow safety rules.

Can you still enjoy the water park even on a cloudy day in the Jura?

Yes. Camping Le Moulin has a heated indoor pool set at 28°, which is accessible regardless of the weather. Camping Les Pêcheurs offers two interconnected pools, one of which is a heated indoor pool, allowing you to move from the outdoor pool to the indoor pool without getting out of the water. This ensures you can swim even on less sunny days.
